| 中文摘要:科技创新的未知性、责任主体的多元化、因果关系的复杂化导致自动驾驶车辆交通事故侵权责任类型多样化，也暴露出立法的滞后性。为实现鼓励创新和救济损害的法律价值衡平，应当明确不同责任主体的差别化归责原则和免责事由，探明复数侵权行为人的责任分担规则，提高法律的张力和监管程序的灵活性，完善行业标准，建立行业补偿制度和强制保险制度，确保数据信息和消费者隐私的安全，以积极的法律革新为科技创新保驾护航。 |

| Research About Compensation for Damage of Automatic Vehicle Traffic Accidents |

| Abstract:Because of the un of technical innovation, diversification of responsible party and complication of causal relationship, the type of tort liability in automatic vehicle traffic accidents is being diversified. And we can also know the legal hysteresis. In order to balance the value of law between encouraging technological innovation and remedying aggrieved party, we should clarify the principle of liability in different responsible party and ground of exemption, and the principle of apportionment of liability in plural tortfeasors. |
