| 中文摘要:在对新时代中国特色社会主义建设风险态势的科学分析后，习近平总书记建构起了整体风险治理思想。这一思想强调，新时代中国特色社会主义建设的风险是系统性的，包括但不限于经济发展新常态风险、党内政治腐败风险、国家意识形态风险、社会公共安全风险、自然生态环境风险等方面。全面提升防范应对各类风险挑战的水平，必须增强主体责任自觉、恪守底线思维、推进治理能力现代化、建立风险治理“命运共同体”等。习近平新时代风险治理思想进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义风险思想，是实现“四个伟大”的实践指引。 |

| Risk Management Thoughts of Xi Jin-ping in the New Era |

| Abstract:Based on the scientific analysis of the risk situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the general secretary Xi Jin-ping constructed the idea of holistic risk management. This thought emphasizes that the risk of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is systematic, including but not limited to the new normal risk of economic development, the risk of political corruption within the party, the risk of state ideology, the risk of social public safety, and the risk of natural ecological environment. At the same time, we must enhance the consciousness of subjective responsibility, abide by the bottom line thinking, promote the modernization of governance capacity, and establish the risk management community of destiny.Xi Jinping's thought of risk management in the new era further enriches and develops Marx's risk thinking, which is a practical guideline for the realization of the four great principles. |
