中文摘要:师道是儒家思想学说的核心内容。《论语》“温故而知新,可以为师矣”章是历代儒者阐发、建构师道的重要文本依托。自汉至清的经学家,透过字句诠解、文献互证、义理建构等方式对“温故而知新”章的内涵作出了诸多解读,从教学义、尊德义、治事义三种视角探讨师道,使“温故而知新”衍生为学问方法、成德工夫、政治殷鉴三种不同形态。相应地,“师”被诠解为学问之师、德性之师、治事之师。历代歧解虽建立于不同的学理预设之上,然皆旨在说明儒者何以为师,并因之以建构理想中的师道。

Interpretation of the Analects and the Establishment of Shidao:A Case Study of the Annotated History of Chapter Get New Knowledge by Reviewing the Old
Abstract:Shidao is the core content of Confucian thought theory. The Analects of Confucius said that the one who can get new knowledge by reviewing the old can be a teacher to others. This chapter is an important text to explain and construct the content of Shidao. From the Han to the Qing Dynasty,the Confucian scholars have made a lot of interpretations about the connotation of this chapter through explanations of words, mutual evidence of documents and the construction of theories. These interpretations can be classified into three aspects: education, morality and politics, and respectively interpret this chapter as knowledge education,moral cultivation and the ability to govern society. Accordingly, the word of Shi can be explained as the master of learning, the teacher of virtue, and the division of the guide to political governance. Different interpretations in history were based on different theoretical presuppositions, also aimed at explaining and constructing the ideal content of Shidao.
