| 中文摘要:基于绿色发展视角,将能耗和碳排放纳入分析框架,运用随机前沿生产函数对湖南省2010-2015年绿色全要素生产率进行测算及分解,通过对绿色全要素生产率的收敛性研究,分析湖南省绿色全要素生产率的动态演化趋势。研究结果显示,2010-2015年湖南省绿色全要素生产率呈“先减后增”时间趋势特征,年均增长率为4.45%,其增长的主要来源于技术进步,技术进步年均增长率达到2.54%;湖南省14个市(州)的绿色全要素生产率呈现出较大的地区差异,长沙以6.71%的增长率排在首位,但排在末位的湘西自治州则低至2.00%。目前湖南省各市(州)绿色全要素生产率的差距没有逐渐缩小的趋势,不存在落后地区向发达地区追赶的特征,但随着时间推移会收敛到各自的稳态水平。 |

| An Analysis on Regional Differences and Influential Factors of Hunan Provincial Green Total Factor Productivity |

| Abstract:Based on the perspective of green development, integrating energy consumption and carbon emission into the research framework, this paper uses stochastic frontier production function to calculate and decompose the green total productivity of Hunan Province during the years of 2010-2015, by analyzing the convergence of total factor productivity, this paper analyzes the dynamic tendency of total factor productivity in Hunan Province. This research results show that during the same period, the total factor productivity of Hunan Province is characterized by a trend of “decreasing first then increasing”, the rate of increasing is 4.45% per year, the main source of total factor productivity is from the progress of technology, the increasing rate of technological progress reaches 2.54% per year.Hunan Provincial green total factor productivity of 14 city states shows a large regional difference, Changsha ranked first with an increasing rate of 6.71%, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture ranked last with an increasing rate of 2.00%. At present,the gap of green total factor productivity has not gradually diminished in Hunan Province. It does not have the characteristics of backward areas catching up with the developed areas, but it converges to their respective steady-state levels with time. |
