| 中文摘要:基于对富士康工厂宿舍的分析，探讨了男性工人在宿舍劳动体制下的日常生活体验和抗争方式。首先，从空间管理制度、工作时间制度和工资制度三个层面呈现了富士康准军事化宿舍劳动体制的特点，并探讨了宿舍劳动体制与男性工人之间的冲突和张力。其次，呈现了男性工人在宿舍中的日常抵抗和集体抗争，指出男工的抗争呈现出暴力化和激烈化的趋势。男工的抗争挑战了准军事化的宿舍劳动体制，构建了叛逆的、斗争性的男性形象。通过对富士康的分析，有助于我们理解宿舍劳动体制与本地社会的父权文化之间的复杂关系。 |

| Dormitory Labour Regime and Male Workers: A Study on Foxconn Factory |

| Abstract:By analyzing the dormitory system in Foxconn factory, the paper examines male workers’ daily life experiences and struggles in the dormitory labour regime. First, it illustrates characteristics of Foxconn’s quasi-military dormitory regime through discussing its spatial arrangement, working time and wage system. It further explored the conflicts and tension between the dormitory labour regime and patriarchy system. Second, the paper presents male workers’ daily resistance and collective actions in dormitories. It argues that their struggles have become more violent and radical, which not only challenged the quasi-militant dormitory labour regime, but also constructed a rebellious and protesting male image. Based on the study on Foxconn, this paper contributes to our understanding about the complex relations between the dormitory labour regime and local society’s patriarchal culture. |
