| 中文摘要:基于我国2006-2014年制造业行业的出口数据，构建以技术创新和技术模仿为中介变量的单步多重中介效应模型，运用固定效应（FE）法以及广义矩估计（GMM）法，研究知识产权保护影响出口二元边际的直接和间接机制。结果发现：行业知识产权保护的加强促进了出口二元边际的增长，技术创新和技术模仿在其中发挥了重要的中介渠道作用，相较于技术模仿，技术创新的中介效应更强；但对不同要素密集型行业，知识产权保护的直接与间接影响效应存在差异。 |

| How the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in China Affects the Export Margin——The Mediation Analysis Based on Technological Innovation and Imitation |

| Abstract:Based on the panel data of 29 manufacture industries in China from 2006 to 2014, this paper puts forward a single-step multiple mediator model to study the mechanism of intellectual property protection’s direct and indirect effects on export dual margins using fixed effects estimation and generalized moment estimation. The results suggest that the intellectual property protection has positive effects on export dual margins, in which technological innovation and imitation play important mediating roles and by comparison, the mediating effect of technological innovation is stronger. But the effect of intellectual property protection on export dual margins varies among industries with different factor intensity. |
