| 中文摘要:为了探讨物质主义价值观与不道德工作行为的关系，并揭示金钱崇拜心理和马基雅维利主义在其中产生影响作用的内在心理机制，以184名企业员工为对象，采用问卷调查法，进行实证研究。结果表明：1）物质主义价值观与不道德工作行为之间有显著正相关；2）金钱崇拜在物质主义价值观与不道德工作行为之间起调节作用；3）马基雅维利主义在物质主义价值观与不道德工作行为之间起部分中介作用。 |

| Relationships between Materialism and Unethical Work Behavior |

| Abstract:To study the relationship between Materialism and unethical work behavior of the employees, and explore the psychological mechanism that Love-of-money and Machiavellianism may influence the relationship between materialism and unethical work behavior, this study selects 184 employees as participants, and studies their relationship. The study shows: 1) There is positive correlation between materialism and unethical work behavior. 2)Love-of-money mediates the relation between Materialism and unethical behavior. 3) Machiavellianism moderates the relationship between Materialism and unethical behavior. |
