中文摘要:《论共产党员的修养》是共产党思想理论建设史上的重要文献。它是马克思主义与中国传统文化相结合的产物,但是在系统地专题论述共产党员修养过程中,并不是对古代儒家道德修养理论的简单化扬弃,而是在讨论共产党员修养的理论依据和修养目标时,对儒家思想进行了多样化的迎拒,在此基础上又凸显了复杂但鲜明的转向。这种迎拒转向既体现了二者本质区别,又说明了在思想意识上与古代儒家思想某些方面具有同构性,在解决问题的方法论上也与古代儒家思想某些方面具有极为相似的内在理路,深刻体现了马克思主义对中国传统文化“化”之过程的多面样态和“化”之文化历史实践。

The Cultural Path of Sinicization of Marxism of Liu Shaoji——Ocus of Our Discussion about the Theory of Communist Party Member’s Cultivation
Abstract:The accomplishment of the Communist Party members is an important document in the history of the Communist Party's ideological and theoretical construction.It is a combination of the Marxism and Chinese traditional culture. In the discussion of the three training methods of Party members,"the practice of revolution", "the relationship between theoretical study, ideological consciousness" and "the personal interests of Party members", Liu Shaoji uses the Marxism to carry on diversification sublate of the Confucianism. On this foundation, it has also highlighted the complex but sharp turn. This kind of sublate turn not only embodies the essential difference between Marxism and Confucianism, but also shows that it is isomorphic to some aspects of the ideology and the ancient Confucianism. It demonstrated the complex inner logic by methodology of the blending of two and profoundly reflects the multi-surface state of the process and the historical practice of Marxism influence on the Chinese traditional culture.
