| 中文摘要:党的十九大报告将生态文明建设提到了历史的新高度，而绿色发展是推进生态文明建设的关键。通过对湖南省五大不同区域的生态农业龙头企业及当地行政部门的调研，可以得出：生态循环农业助推绿色发展。推进绿色发展，必须建立健全绿色低碳循环发展的经济体系；构建以市场为导向的绿色技术创新体系；必须建立绿色生产和消费的法律制度与政策；实现生产系统和生活系统的循环链接。马克思的经济循环理论其实质就是要实现人与自然、人与社会的和谐共生与发展。生态循环农业具有“双生”循环系统，它实现了社会生产内部与社会生活外部系统的循环链接，是我国实现绿色发展的必经之路，也是实现生态文明建设的现实路径。 |

| Boosting Green Development Via Ecological Cycle Agriculture ——Taking Hunan for Example |

| Abstract:The ecological civilization construction will be mentioned to the new heights of history in the 19th Congress of the National People’s Congress report, and the green development is the key to the construction of ecological civilization. Through the investigation of the ecological agriculture leading enterprises and local administrative departments in five different regions of Hunan Province, we can conclude that ecological recycling agriculture promotes green development. We must establish a sound economic system for green and low-carbon cycle development to promote green development. We must build a market-oriented green technology innovation system. We have to establish the legal system and policy of green production and consumption. We must implement a cycle link of the production system with life system. The essence of Marx's theory of economic circulation is to realize the harmonious coexistence and development between man and nature, man and society. Ecological cycle of agriculture has a "twin" circulation system, it realizes a circulation link of the internal social production with the outside of the social life system, which is a realization path of green development and is also a realistic approach to realizing the ecological civilization construction. |
