| 中文摘要:大数据技术不仅为构建共建共治共享社会治理格局(简称“三共”社会治理格局)提供了技术手段，也必将带来社会治理新范式。在对相关理论背景进行梳理的基础上，本文价值共创视角构建“需求感知—组织运作—价值创造”分析框架有层次地分析大数据在构建“三共”社会治理格局中的功能导向，进而从意愿、信任、技术、互动四个方面分析了新时代下构建“三共”社会治理格局的战略因素，以探索实现路径。 |

| Research on the Application of Big Data in the Social Governance Pattern of Joint Governance, Construction and Sharing from the Perspective of Value Co-Creation |

| Abstract:Big data technology not only provides technical means for social governance pattern of joint governance, construction and sharing, but also will bring about a new paradigm of social governance. On the basis of combing the relevant theoretical background, this paper constructs an analytical framework of demand perception—organization operation—value creation from the perspective of value co-creation, analyzes the functional orientation of large data in the construction of the social governance pattern of joint governance, construction and sharing at a hierarchical level, and then analyzes the strategic factors of constructing social governance pattern of joint governance, construction and sharing in the era of big data: willingness, trust, technology and interaction so as to explore the path of realization. |
