中文摘要:在“刷抖音”已成为大部分移动互联网用户的“刚需”的态势下，推动抖音短视频与社会主义核心价值观的融合共生对于社会主义核心价值观的传播，抖音短视频的健康发展，人民美好生活需要的满足有重大意义。聚焦抖音短视频的泛娱乐化、碎片化、去中心化与社会主义核心价值观思想性、系统性、主导性的矛盾，我们应坚持“有意义+有意思”的内容导向，提高传播内容的质量；完善“PGC+UGC”的创作模式，凝聚传播主体的合力；优化“人工把关+算法推荐”的推送方式，实现传播方式的深入人心，促进二者融合共生，共同统一于人的发展与社会进步之中。

The Integration and Symbiosis of Tik Tok and Socialist Core Values: Value, Contradiction and Realization

Abstract:Under the situation that playing Tik Tok has become the rigid demand of most mobile Internet users, promoting the integration and symbiosis of Tik Tok and socialist core values is of great significance for the dissemination of socialist core values, the healthy development of Tik Tok and the satisfaction of people's needs for a better life. Focusing on the contradiction between the pan-entertainment, fragmentation and decentralization of Tik Tok and the ideological, systematic and dominant nature of socialist core values, we should adhere to the content orientation of "meaningful + interesting" to improve the quality of communication content, perfect the creation mode of "PGC + UGC" to cohere with the joint efforts of the disseminators, and optimize the promotion mode of "manual checkpoint + algorithm recommendation" to realize the popularity of the communication mode.
