中文摘要:全球价值链嵌入对出口技术复杂度的影响机制关乎产业的转型升级与对外贸易政策制定。使用世界投入产出表(WIOD)构建全球价值链嵌入指数与出口技术复杂度指数,采用广义面板分位模型实证研究了2000-2014年42个国家(地区)的全球价值链嵌入对出口技术复杂度的异质性影响。研究表明:全球价值链嵌入能有效提升低出口技术复杂度国家的生产技术水平,但对高出口技术复杂度国家表现出负向作用。因此,生产技术水平落后的产业或地区应积极融入全球化生产加工,通过全球价值链嵌入提高生产技术水平,生产技术较高的产业或地区应依靠自身科研技术实力自主研发创新。

Research on the Impact of Global Value Chain Embeddedness on Export Technological Sophistication
Abstract:The impact of global value chain embeddedness on export technological sophistication has a significant influence on industrial transformation upgrading and foreign trade policy formulation. This paper uses the World Input-Output Table (WIOD) to construct the global value chain embeddedness index and the export technological sophistication index. The generalized panel quantile model is used to study the heterogeneous impact of global value chain embeddedness on the export technological sophistication based on the panel data of 42 countries(regions) from 2000 to 2014. Research results show that global value chain embeddedness can effectively improve the production technological sophistication level of countries with low export technological sophistication complexity, but for high export technological sophistication complexity countries, it has negative effects. So industries or regions with low production technology level should actively promote integration into global production and processing, then improve production technology through global value chain embeddedness. At the same time, to improve production techniques and scientific strength industries or regions with high production technology level should focus on their own scientific research and independent innovation.
