中文摘要:人不独是一种个体性的存在,同时也是一种整体性的“类存在”。西方哲学中的“类”观念在自然哲学的意义上所标的的是物因其所具有的“共相”而组成的集合,而它在康德与马克思那里发生了某种重大的转型,使得一种更为始源性的含义被揭示出来。这种发生在西方观念系统中的转型开启了与儒家哲学对话的契机,并由此为理解儒家的“类”观念提供了新的立场和视角:“类”乃是人经由自身之自觉活动所实现的兼容同一与差异的存在样态,儒家目之为“群”。而“仁义”之道在“类”观念的视角下或可作如此解释:“仁”代表了人天然本具的与万物相感通的通性,这是作为个体的人得以参与到整体性构成之中的基础;“义”则代表了人能够在实存中容纳后天差异性内容,捍卫并成全特殊的、个体的“自我”之德性。

Research on Confucian “Class” Concept
Abstract:Man is not only an individual existence, but also a holistic “class existence”.In the Western philosophy, “Class” refers to a collection of objects based on “Common Phase”.This concept has undergone a major transformation in Kant and Marx,which makes its more original meaning revealed,and create an opportunity to dialogues with Confucian philosophy.This transformation in the Western concept system provides a new position and perspective for understanding the Confucian "class" concept:"Class" is a structural existence compatible with the same and difference, and is realized through human conscious activities,Confucian called it "Group".Confucianism's "Benevolence and Justice",in fact, is the basis for Confucian to interpret "class" as "group",which is provided by Confucianism's unique theory of human nature."Benevolence" represents the virtue: people can feel the virtues of heaven and earth."Justice" means the virtue: people can accommodate the difference of content in the real world, defending and fulfilling the special, individual “self”.
