中文摘要:网络环境中,网络用户的既有知识将如何对其网络信息搜寻行为产生影响。研究结果显示,除了品牌忠诚之外,既有知识各维度对网络搜寻动机的影响均趋于正面;网络搜寻能力和网络搜寻收益在网络信息搜寻中起到了重要的中介作用,且二者均会对网络搜寻动机产生正面影响;网络搜寻成本在理论模型中的重要性则低于预期。总体上看,网络搜寻成本的显著降低将促成用户网络信息搜寻行为的重心从信息获取转向信息加工。研究证实了从多学科视角探讨网络信息搜寻行为的必要性和合理性,同时也揭示了网络环境对用户信息搜寻行为的重要影响。

Effects of Prior Knowledge on Online Information Search
Abstract:The main purpose of this paper is to study how consumers' prior knowledge affects their information search behaviour on the Internet. The study shows: except for brand loyalty, all dimensions of prior knowledge tend to have a positive impact on online search motivation; online search capability and online search benefit play an important mediating role in online information search, and both of them have a positive impact on online search motivation ; what is more, the importance of online search cost in the theoretical framework is lower than expected .Generally speaking, the significant reduction of the online search cost results in the shift of the focus of online information search from information acquisition to information processing. The research verifies the necessity and rationality of exploring online information searching behavior from the multi-disciplinary perspectives, and reveals the important influence of online environment on users' information searching behavior.
