| 中文摘要:新中国成立后的30年间，我国文化建设在取得伟大成就的同时也经历了“文化大革命”的惨痛教训。改革开放时期，我国在反思和总结“文革”教训的基础上，积极推动“文化法治建设”，为社会主义精神文明建设奠定了法制基础，为社会主义文化大繁荣大发展提供了法治保障。以2018年“社会主义核心价值观”入宪为起点，我国社会主义文化法治进入了一个快速发展的新时代。以《文化遗产保护法》《文化教育管理法》《公共文化服务法》《文化产业促进法》等为“主要内容”，以促进“文化大发展大繁荣”为使命，以实现“中华民族伟大复兴”为目标的“文化法治体系”正在形成。 |

| Looking Back 70 years of The Rule of Law in Chinese Culture |

| Abstract:During the 30 years after the founding of new China, China's cultural construction has made great achievements and experienced the painful experience of the "cultural revolution". During the period of reform and opening up, China actively promoted the construction of "cultural rule of law" on the basis of reflecting and summarizing the lessons of "cultural revolution", which laid a legal foundation for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and provided a legal guarantee for the great prosperity and development of socialist culture. Starting with the incorporation of "socialist core values" into the constitution in 2018, China's socialist cultural rule of law will enter a new era of rapid development. With the "law on the protection of cultural heritage", "law on the administration of culture and education", "law on public cultural services" and "law on the promotion of cultural industry" as the "main content", the "cultural rule of law system" with the mission of promoting "great development and prosperity of culture" is taking shape, and "great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation" has become the ultimate goal of China's cultural rule of law. |
