| 中文摘要:美、日、韩政府把知识产权战略作为保持和提高本国创新能力和技术竞争力的基本举措。知识产权制度演变为私权、产业政策、竞争工具的综合体，政府在制定和推行知识产权战略中负有特殊责任。当前，三国结合本国产业的实际需要及时调整知识产权战略的侧重点，使之与国家产业政策、经济体制以及企业的需求相匹配，从而成功实现促进本国知识产权创造、运用和保护的战略目标。 |

| Adjustment and Trend of Intellectual Property Strategy in America, Japan and Korea |

| Abstract:The U.S.A, Japan, and South Korea governments regard intellectual property strategy as the basic measure to maintain and improve their innovation and technological competitiveness. The intellectual property system evolved into a complex of private rights, industrial policies, and competitive tools. The government has special responsibility in formulating and implementing intellectual property strategy. Now the three countries have adjusted the focus of intellectual property strategy in accordance with the actual needs of their own industries, matching with national industrial policies, economic systems, and the needs of companies, to achieve the strategic goal of promoting the creation, use and protection of intellectual property in the country. |
