| 中文摘要:我国公共卫生事业的发展以及建设健康中国这一国家战略的提出，对我国公共卫生队伍提出了更高的要求，公共卫生队伍建设的紧迫性凸显。本文旨在探究我国公共卫生队伍在当前存在的主要问题及其产生的根源，提出加强我国公共卫生队伍建设的对策。主要对策包括：通过顶层设计协调公共卫生事业发展和增加财政投入；从战略性人力资源管理的高度构建公共卫生队伍建设体系；做好岗位管理工作；优化薪酬设计；重塑公共卫生职业发展通道。 |

| The Construction of China's Public Health Workforce in the New Period |

| Abstract:The development of China's public health and the proposal of the National Strategy for Building a Healthy China, puts forward higher requirements for China's public health human resources, and the urgency of public health workforce building is highlighted.This article aims to explore the root causes of these problems in China's public health workforce, and then proposes countermeasures to strengthen the construction of this workforce, which includes coordinating public health development and increasing financial input through top-level designs constructing a public health workforce building system from the perspective of strategic human resource management; doing good position management; optimizing compensation design; and reshaping public health career development channels. |
