中文摘要:采用SBM超效率模型测算出2012-2018年28个省份新一代信息技术产业的创新效率,通过核密度估计、标准差椭圆法及马尔科夫状态转移矩阵等方法,从全国与区域两个视角、时间与空间两个维度探究我国新一代信息技术产业创新效率的时空特征与动态演进。研究结果显示:我国新一代信息技术产业创新效率整体效率较低,东部沿海地带创新效率最高,中部地带次之,西部地带最低;区位分布呈现出“东北—西南”的空间分布格局,重心朝西南方向移动;创新效率极化程度持续下降,两极分化程度逐渐降低;邻域空间滞后类型对新一代信息技术创新效率不同水平层次之间的转移具有重要影响。

The Space-time Characteristics and Dynamic Evolution of Innovation Efficiency of China's New Generation Information Technology Industry
Abstract:SBM super efficiency model is used to calculate the innovation efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry in 28 provinces from 2012 to 2018. Through the methods of nuclear density estimation, standard deviation ellipse method and Markov state transition matrix, this paper explores the space-time characteristics and dynamic evolution of the innovation efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry in China from the perspective of national and regional, time and space. The results show that the innovation efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry in China is relatively low as a whole, with the highest innovation efficiency in the eastern coastal zone, the second in the central zone, and the lowest in the western zone; the location distribution presents the spatial distribution pattern of "northeast southwest", with the center of gravity moving towards the southwest; the polarization degree of innovation efficiency continues to decline, and the degree of polarization gradually decreases; the neighborhood space lag type has an important influence on the transfer of new generation information technology innovation efficiency between different levels.
