中文摘要:近代中国的羸弱，使康有为提出重估和重构“孔教”以拯救时弊的思想主张。康有为对“孔教”必要性和优越性的强调，虽然是一以贯之的，但他对“孔教”的具体定位，则是随时势及自身思想迁移而不断转变的。这种转变尤其体现在康有为从戊戌前到戊戌后对政教关系的差异化设定，进而为救亡寻求有效的推进模式、为“孔教”寻求适宜的合法性支持。

From Unity to Separation: The Transmutation of Kang Youwei’s Political and Religious Thoughts

Abstract:The weakness of modern China led Kang You-wei to propose a reassessment and reconstruction of Confucianism in order to save the current evils. Kang You-wei's emphasis on the necessity and superiority of Confucianism is consistent. However, his specific positioning of Confucianism is constantly changing with the movement of circumstances and his own thoughts. This change is particularly reflected in the dimension of Kang You-wei's differentiated setting of the relationship between state and church from before the Reform Movement to after the Reform Movement, thereby, seeking an effective promotion model for national salvation and seeking appropriate legal support for Confucianism.
