| 中文摘要:以中国A股上市银行为样本，探索银行公司治理对金融系统稳定性的影响。研究发现：银行董事会治理机制，特别是独立董事与执行董事的占比对金融系统稳定性具有较大影响；同时，通过提升高管薪酬激励及分散所有权集中度也有助于提升金融系统稳定性，但董事会治理机制比所有权集中度及薪酬激励对金融稳定的影响更大。 |

| Research on the Impact of Bank Corporate Governance on the Stability of Financial System——An Empirical Analysis Based on 14 Listed Banks in China |

| Abstract:Taking China's A share listed banks as samples to explore the impact of bank corporate governance on the stability of the financial system. The study found that the governance mechanism of the bank's board of directors, especially the proportion of independent directors and executive directors, has a greater impact on the stability of the financial system. At the same time, increasing executive compensation incentives and decentralizing ownership concentration can also help improve the stability of the financial system, but the board governance mechanism has a greater impact on financial stability than ownership concentration and compensation incentives. |
