The Essence and Practical Review to Unicom Path：Dissemination of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture in "Internet +" Era

Abstract:The internet with the key character of digitalization, network and intelligent media as a new form of social organization, has initiated a new chapter of communicating governance of excellent traditional Chinese culture. The mutual creation of people and culture is an essential feature，the goal is to carry values with culture, spread values with the internet, and promote values with people. In the era of globalization, universalization, and all-media，to promote the network dissemination of excellent traditional Chinese culture, we need to insist on combining specific categorizes of internet+ and culture+ in macro and micro unification. To promote the deep integration of people and culture, we need to associat the link of subject and object with culture and people’s mind,we need to lead internet and people’s mind through accommodation of inside and outside culture, we need to test a combination of internet and culture by people’s mind and action.
