中文摘要:基于创新价值链理论、构建两阶段DEA模型测度2011-2019年制造业企业技术创新效率、引入Malmquist指数并进行分解分析,本研究在此基础上构建Tobit模型研究技术创新效率的影响因素。结果显示:制造业企业技术创新整体效率较低,尤其是研发阶段效率很低,但总体呈逐年改善趋势;不同产权性质、区域和行业的制造企业技术创新效率具有异质性,且研发阶段效率对技术创新整体效率影响较大,是制约技术创新整体效率提升的主要因素;员工教育质量、盈利能力和现金流动性均对技术创新整体效率有显著正向影响,而发明专利、出口程度、存续年限、企业成长性和高技术产业对技术创新整体效率有显著负向影响。

An Evaluation of Technological Innovation Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Chinese Manufacturing Industry from the Perspective of Innovation Value Chain
Abstract:Based on the innovation value chain theory, a two-stage DEA model was constructed to measure the technological innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2019, and Malmquist index was introduced and decomposed. On this basis, Tobit model was constructed to research the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency. The results show that the overall efficiency of technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises is low, especially in the research and development stage, but it shows an increasing trend year by year. The technological innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises with different ownership types, regions and sectors is heterogeneous, and the R&D efficiency has a great impact on the technological innovation overall efficiency, which is the main factor restricting the improvement of the technological innovation overall efficiency. The Education, ROA and CF can effectively promote the technological innovation overall efficiency, while Ipatent, Grow and Hightech have a significant negative impact on the technological innovation overall efficiency.
