| 中文摘要:在通过世界银行对中国企业的调查数据，以及克服内生性的基础上，本研究探析了企业流程数字化对企业绩效的影响机制，从数字技术在生产运营、产品销售、客户维护等环节的应用水平入手，同时考虑外部营商环境，即简政放权力度和政治稳定性的调节作用，试图深化和准确分析流程数字化对企业绩效微观影响机制。研究显示，企业流程数字化能够显著促进企业绩效，且企业所处营商环境的优化能够强化企业流程数字化对企业绩效的正向促进作用。在机制分析中，本研究采用逐步回归检验、Sobel检验、Bootstrap检验及分不同环节流程数字化进行中介效应检验，发现企业流程数字化通过供应链信息分享渠道提升企业绩效。企业应加快流程数字化、信息化转型，完善供应链信息共享机制，加强流程数字化能力，把握数字经济战略机遇。而政府部门应进一步优化营商环境，鼓励企业数字化、信息化基础设施建设，鼓励企业构建信息共享机制，助推企业高质量发展。 |

| Abstract:This paper uses the survey data of Chinese enterprises by the World Bank to explore the influence mechanism of enterprise Business Process digitalization on enterprise performance on the basis of overcoming endogeneity.Starting from the application level of digital technology in production and operation, product sales, customer maintenance and other links, this paper attempts to accurately analyze the micro-influence mechanism of Business Process digitalization on enterprise performance by considering the adjustment effect of external business environment, namely, the intensity of administration and delegation of power and political stability.The research shows that the digitization of enterprise processes can significantly promote enterprise performance, and the optimization of the business environment can strengthen the positive promoting effect of digitization of enterprise processes on enterprise performance.In the mechanism analysis, step by-step regression test, Sobel test, Bootstrap test and different link process digitization are used to conduct the mediation effect test, and it is found that enterprise process digitization improves enterprise performance through supply chain information sharing channels.This paper argues that enterprises should speed up the process digitization and informatization transformation, improve the information sharing mechanism of supply chain, strengthen the process digitization ability, and grasp the strategic opportunities of digital economy.The government should further optimize the business environment, encourage enterprises to build digital and information infrastructure, encourage enterprises to build an information sharing mechanism, and boost the high-quality development of enterprises. |
