| 中文摘要:采用熵值法计算我国28个省份2009-2018年科技金融综合指数，本研究构建起固定效应模型分析科技金融对制造业结构升级的影响，在此基础上研究技术创新和要素市场发育在这一关系中的中介作用。结果表明：科技金融显著推动制造业结构合理化和制造业结构高级化，技术创新在科技金融和制造业结构升级之间具有中介效应，而要素市场发育仅在科技金融和制造业结构合理化之间发挥中介作用。科技金融在经济发达地区和经济较发达地区显著推动制造业结构升级，在经济欠发达地区对制造业结构高级化影响不显著. |

| Research on the Impact of Science and Technology Finance on the Structural Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry |

| Abstract:The entropy method is used to calculate the comperhensive index of science and technology finance of 28 provinces in China from 2009 to 2018. This paper constructes a fixed effect model to analyze the impact of science and technology finance on the structural upgrading of manufacturing industry. On this basis, the mediating role of technological innovation and factor market development in this relationship is studied.The results show that science and technology finance has significantly promoted the rationalization of the manufacturing structure and advanced manufacturing structure.Technological innovation has a mediating effect between technological finance and the structural upgrading of manufacturing industry, but factor market development only plays a mediating role between science and technology finance and the structural rationalization of manufacturing industry.Science technology finance significantly promotes the upgrading of manufacturing structure in developed economically and fairly developed economically regions, but has no significant influence on the upgrading of manufacturing structure in economincally underdeveloped regions. |
