中文摘要:知识管理、劳动关系与创新绩效的交互机理显示知识管理与劳动关系的和谐发展对创新绩效的影响具有正向关系。运用熵权-耦合法对湖南省14个市州的知识管理、劳动关系与企业创新绩效三个子系统之间的耦合协调度和各市州协调等级的实证研究表明:湖南省整体协调性较好;长株潭各项测算结果均位居前三,耦合协调性良好;西南部地区测算值较低,耦合协调性相对较低。

Research on the Coupling Coordination of Knowledge Management, Labor Relations and Innovation Performance——Take 14 Enterprises in Hunan Province as an Example
Abstract:The interaction mechanism of knowledge management, labor relations and innovation performance shows that the harmonious development of knowledge management and labor relations has a positive impact on innovation performance. The empirical study on the coupling coordination degree and coordination level between the three subsystems of knowledge management, labor relationship and enterprise innovation performance of 14 cities and states in Hunan Province by entropy weight -coupling method shows that Hunan Province has better overall coordination. The results of the calculation of Changzhutan rank top three, and the coupling coordination is good. The southwest area has low measurement value and relatively low coupling coordination.
