| Abstract:City return is an overview of the reverse flow of agricultural population in the process of urbanization in China, the city return group formed under the comprehensive action of various elements of urban and rural games and the main social rationality is an important new force to empower rural revitalization. From the perspective of generation, the homing of the City return group can be traced back to the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations and the theory of relative surplus populations, and it also has the realistic logic of pushing force. From the value dimension, the presence of this group plays an important role in promoting talents, industry, rural customs and governance in the rural revitalization strategy.
