| 中文摘要:在全面依法治国的大背景下，法治在“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”中起着特殊的作用：法治作为规则之治，保障实现中华各民族一律平等；法治作为和谐之治，促进中华民族共同体经济和社会的稳定、安全发展；法治作为文明之治，坚持社会主义核心价值观的引领，尊重民族文化的多样性，并构筑中华民族共同体主体性文化，铸牢民族共同体意识。十九届四中全会指示、中央两办《关于全面深入持久开展民族团结进步创建工作铸牢中华民族共同体意识的意见》、十九届五中全会精神为充分发挥法治作用，铸牢民族共同体意识提供了根本遵循。 |

| The Special Role of the Rule of Law in enhancing the Consciousness of Chinese National Community |

| Abstract:Under the background of governing the country by law in all fields, law-based governance plays a particular role in enhancing the consciousness of Chinese National Community . The rule of law，as the rule of rules, upholds the realization of the equality between all ethnic groups; The rule of law, as the rule of harmony, promotes the stable , secure economic and social development of the Chinese national community. The rule of law, as the rule of civilization, follows the socialist core values, respects the diversity of national cultures, cultivates the main culture of the Chinese National Community, and solidifies the consciousness of national community. The beliefs of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC; the guideline of the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on issues on carrying out the project of national unity, progress and foundation for creating a strong consciousness of our national identity as one nation; and communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee of the CPC, all provide fundamental principles for exerting full function of the rule of law and strengthening the consciousness of national community. |
