| Cultural Understanding and Inheritance of New Talents of the Times |

| Abstract:The new talents of the times bear the historical mission of inheriting the spirit of Chinese culture， continuing Chinese cultural heritage， and promoting cultural modernization. Cultural competence is the core literacy of new talents of the times. Cultural understanding is the basis and prerequisite for establishing cultural identity， self-awareness and self-confidence. Cultural understanding and inheritance embodies the characteristics of the times， value orientation， and practical logic of cultivating new talents of the times. Cultural understanding and inheritance is a systematic， developmental， and open process. It is necessary to enhance cultural awareness in cultural cognition and reflection，cultivate cultural self-confidence in cultural identification and acceptance and innovate cultural practices in cultural transformation and dissemination. |
