| 中文摘要:居住正义问题在生活实践与学术研究领域日益凸现，工业化、城市化的高歌猛进，以及房地产业的无序扩张，更使居住正义有了空前的现实迫切性。马克思、恩格斯以对资本逻辑的整体考察为起点，对城市居住非正义问题进行了深入的批判，彰显了资本主义社会居住问题的本质：居住困境与居住空间的资本化有着紧密的逻辑关联，居住非正义根源于普遍化的资本逻辑和其所固有的掠夺性。消灭资本主义私有制是实现居住正义的必由之路。由对资本逻辑的深度批判到对理想社会形态的深入描绘，马克思、恩格斯从平等的住宅权利、和谐的居住关系、迁徙自由三重意涵揭示了居住正义的思想，对于正确认识社会主义制度下的居住本质、探寻解决当前居住问题的途径具有深刻的启示。 |

| Living Justice in Marx and Engels’ Horizon and their Contemporary Indications |

| Abstract:In the field of life practice and academic research, the issue of living justice has become increasingly prominent. With the rapid progress of industrialization and urbanization, as well as the disorderly expansion and operation of the real estate industry, which is deeply concerned by the whole society, the issue of living justice has unprecedented practical urgency. Marx and Engels took the holistic investigation of capital logic as their starting point, and they deeply criticized the injustice of urban residence. This highlights the inherent nature of the inhabited problems under capitalist conditions: the plight of urban residence is closely related to the capitalization of residential space, and the injustice of urban residence stems from the generalized capital logic and its inherent predatory nature. The elimination of capitalist private ownership is inevitable to realize living justice. Marx and Engels went from a deep critique of capital logic to a detailed description of the ideal social form. Marx and Engels’ thoughts of living justice are embodied through the three meanings of “equal residency, harmonious residence relations and free migration”. This helps to correctly understand the nature of residence under the socialist system and deeply inspires us to seek solutions to the current inhabited problems in our country. |
