中文摘要:根据用户为中心的经典设计理论及AI设计方针,以三甲医院重症监护病房实地调查所得的患者温控需求为基础,综合考虑ICU特殊情境、温控护理任务特点及患者病情处理的复杂性,通过护理人员参与式设计与迭代优化,构建了以护理床为中心的ICU患者温控人机智能协同系统,设定了系统中智能护理床的温控能动性程度与范围,进行了智能护理床温控的情境自适应、主动交互模式及动态人机学习与修正设计。经三甲医院ICU资深护理人员对解决方案的评估及反馈,证明了系统的自主性、监控效率、操作易用性及信息易懂性,为传统ICU监控信息系统提供了精准化、个性化与智能化的设计思路。

ICU Patient Temperature Control Human-Intelligent Collaboration System Design Research
Abstract:By applying user-centered design methodology and AI design guidelines, the paper presents a care bed centered intensive care unit (ICU) patient temperature control human-intelligent collaboration system based on requirements from ICU field study in Xiangya Hospital and comprehensive consideration of ICU context, nursing task characteristics and complexity of patient’s state of illness. Through user participated design and iterative prioritization, the autonomy scope and agency degree of the smart care bed are designed, as well as the context situated design features, active interactive mode and dynamic learning and adaptation. Evaluated by ICU experienced nurses, the autonomy, supervising efficiency and ease of use of the ICU patient temperature control human-intelligent collaboration system are proved, providing references for precise, personalized and smart human-intelligent collaboration system solution in the ICU context.
