中文摘要:以一个质性研究课题组为研究对象,通过全程跟踪观察与阶段性访谈,本研究系统描述和分析了其在田野作业时从走入、进入到融入三阶段的沟通式行动,讲述了其通过对角色、信任与价值的创新理解与沟通来应对阻抗,从而连通“最后一米”的田野故事。本研究通过为成员赋予支教老师身份的创新方法,重视并实践了在充分沟通中重新理解田野元素,建构和深化了“沟通者网络”,并从沟通的双向性出发进行了双向赋权;进一步提出“可沟通田野”的概念,认为质性研究从“入场”到真正“在场”的转向过程中可以沟通、需要沟通,并应该通过沟通解决方法应用中遇到的问题,将沟通式行动嵌入研究对象的日常生活。这也是解决质性研究方法“最后一米”难题的传播学作为与贡献。

Communicative Field:Admission and Presence in Qualitative Research Methods——Based on the Practical Investigation of a Research Group on Left-behind Children
Abstract:Taking a qualitative research group as the research object, through tracking observation and staged interview, this paper systematically describes and analyzes the three stages of communication action research during field work: walking into, entering and integrating the field work. It tells the group’s field story of connecting the last meter through its innovative understanding and communication of roles, trust and values to cope with resistance. It is believed that by giving members the identity of volunteer teachers, the research group has attached importance to and practiced the reunderstanding of field elements in full communication, constructed and deepened the communicator network, and carried out two-way empowerment from the perspective of the two-way nature of communication.This paper further proposes the concept of communicative field. It is believed that it is possible and necessary to communicate in qualitative research in the process of transition from admission to presence. Communication should be used to solve problems encountered in the application of methods, and communication action should be embedded in the daily life of the research object. This is also the contribution of communication science to solving the last meter problem of qualitative research methods.
