| 中文摘要:历史主动精神是中国共产党在领导人民革命建设改革伟大进程中孕育的精神品格，在中国特色社会主义新时代展现出新的丰富蕴涵。回顾新时代这十年，习近平总书记提出了一系列关于历史主动精神的重要论述，是指导我们深刻把握历史主动精神的思想宝库。历史主动精神作为源于历史、面向现实的关键力量，蕴含着传承并坚守党的初心和使命的担当精神、敢于直面风险和考验的斗争精神、遵循经验和规律的创造精神。发扬历史主动精神具有重要的时代价值，能够有力激发人民投身民族复兴伟业的精神动力，强化人民身为历史创造者的主体意识，凝聚人民爱党爱国爱社会主义的思想共识。赓续历史主动精神展现出现实必要性，必须着力在马克思主义唯物史观确立强化中、在党史学习教育深入开展中、在中国特色社会主义建设实践中赓续和发扬历史主动精神。 |

| Time Implications of the Historical Initiative Spirit of the CPC |

| Abstract:The historical initiative spirit is the spiritual character nurtured by the CPC in the great process of leading the people’s revolutionary construction and reform,it shows new rich implications in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Reviewing the decade of the new era, Xi Jinping put forward a series of important expositions on the historical initiative spirit, which is a treasure house for guiding us to deeply grasp the historical initiative spirit. As a key force originating from history and facing reality, the historical initiative spirit contains the spirit of inheriting and sticking to the original aspiration and mission of the CPC, the spirit of fighting to face risks and tests, and the spirit of creativity to follow experience and laws. Carrying out the historical initiative spirit has an important value of the times. It can effectively stimulate the people’s spiritual motivation to participate in the great cause of national rejuvenation, strengthen the people’s subjective consciousness as history creators, and gather the ideological consensus that the people love the CPC, the country, and socialism. It is necessary to continue and carry forward the historical initiative spirit in the establishment and strengthening of Marxist historical materialism, in the in-depth development of the Party history study and education, and in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
