中文摘要:从发展特性、中等收入群体规模、公共服务均等化、高收入规范与调节、精神生活、农村农民六个维度构建我国共同富裕水平综合评价指标体系，利用分年度变异系数法测度出我国共同富裕水平，系统考察我国共同富裕水平的区域差异与时空演化特征。研究发现：2011—2020年，我国共同富裕水平均值达到0.4652，并呈现出以2014年为底点的、不规则的“V”形波动；全国共同富裕水平的区域差异来源以区域间和超变密度为主，且超变密度的差异贡献率呈上升态势；全国共同富裕水平的绝对差异呈扩大趋势，相对差异呈缩小趋势，且出现两极分化倾向。

Measurement, Regional Differences and Dynamic Evolution of Common Prosperity Level in China

Abstract:This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of common affluence level in China from six dimensions: development characteristics, scale of middle-income groups, equalization of public services, high income regulation and adjustment, spiritual life, and rural farmers, measure the common affluence level in China by using the coefficient of variation method, and examines the regional differences and temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the level of common prosperity in China.The study finds that the average value of common affluence water in China reaches 0.4652 during 2011 and 2020, and shows an irregular “V”-shaped fluctuation with 2014 as the bottom point. The regional differences of the national common affluence level are mainly from inter-regional and super-variable density, and the contribution rate of super-variable density is increasing; the absolute differences of the national common affluence level are expanding, and the relative differences are decreasing, and there is a tendency of polarization.
