It creatively inherits and develops the Marxist theory of the principle of rule of law.It embodies the great breakthrough and innovation of our party in the field of the basic principle of the rule of law.Xi Jinping’s basic theory of the rule of law is composed of the concept of the rule of law, the nature of the rule of law, the mechanism of the rule of law, the function of the rule of law, the development of the rule of law, the rationale for enforcing the rule of law, and the status of the rule of law.It has the distinctive attributes of people’s debate, innovation and practicality, etc.It is an important theoretical guide and practice to promote the rule of law in an all-round way and build the rule of law in China. |
