| 中文摘要:人口问题是“国之大者”,重视老龄化已成为国家战略。基于我国不同年龄段老年人口规模和各类失能、半失能老人规模的预测,分别提出到2025年、2035年和2050年我国养老机构护理员需求约为242万、399万和533万。建议基于我国养老护理人才开发标准体系,借鉴国际经验,传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化,做好护理人才中长期培育发展规划,加强法制保障,以开放性、多元化的思路,建设彰显“天医匠心”的老年护理人才队伍,不断提升老人健康水平。 |

| Strategic Development of Nursing Talent Team from the Perspective of Integrating Medical and Nursing Care |

| Abstract:The population problem is “the great in the country”, and it has become a national strategy to emphasize aging .Based on the prediction of the size of the elderly population at different ages and the size of all kinds of disabled and semi disabled elderly in China, it is proposed that by 2025, 2035 and 2050, the number of nursing staff needed in China’s elderly care institutions will be about 2.42 million, 3.99 million and 5.33 million respectively. Based on the standard system of eldly talents development in China, it’s suggested to draw on international experience, inherit and promote fine traditional Chinese culture and make the mid-long term cultivation and development plan for nursing talents. It’s also advisable to strengthen legal protection and construct the team of elderly nursing talents showing the spirit of craftsmanship to constantly improve the health level of the elderly. |
