| 中文摘要:《周礼》“大宰八法”有“官职法”，学术界从东汉郑司农之后，对“官职法”的研究几乎没有新进展。“官职法”主要包括定职能、定职名、定职称、定职掌四项内容。定职能以辨邦治，定职名以获名份，定职称以别职权，定职掌以明职责。“官职法”对应于《周礼》二十字大纲中的“分职”，与“官属法”一起，是“设官分职”的具体落实。 |

| A New Understanding of the Arrangement Method of Official Positions in the Rites of Zhou |

| Abstract:The book “Rites of Zhou Dynasty” has the arrangement method of official positions.But since Zheng Sinong in the Eastern Han Dynasty, the academic circle has hardly made any new progress in the study of “the arrangement method of official position”.The methods of official position arrangement mainly include defining functions, job names, professional titles and job responsibilies.so as to facilitate the identification of national governance level, obtain the identity of officials, clear powers and responsibilities.The method of official post arrangement fulfills the overall requirement of “clarifying official functions”. |
