| Red Opera and Its Cultural Value under the Marxist Aesthetic Perspective |

| Abstract:Red opera is a kind of representative work of Marxist literature and art in China. It portrays the red spirit of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people during the revolutionary period through its moving historical facts, rich regional music styles, and magnificent stage art. Red opera embodies the practicality, populism, and aesthetics of Marxist literature and art. Its spiritual connotations include the pioneering spirit, the spirit of struggle, and the spirit of camaraderie. By employing magnificent artistic language and portraying the national memory of the revolutionary era, this form of national art not only receives high praises but also demonstrates the cultural value of the red spirit in the struggle of contemporary Chinese socialism with distinctive characteristics. |
