| 中文摘要:马克思人学理论是围绕 “人”，关于人的本质、人的需要和人的发展的科学理论，为时代新人培育这一重要实践活动提供了研究视域。深刻阐释马克思人学理论中“人的本质”“人的需要”“人的发展”的含义，可以为时代新人培育提供哲学基础和理论遵循：“人的本质”理论引导时代新人培育的根本出场，要从“人的本质”出发，贴合时代新人的实际，提高时代新人培育的有效性；“人的需要”理论决定时代新人培育的主题生成，要从“人的需要”出发，尊重时代新人的需要和特点，完善时代新人培育的过程；“人的发展”理论奠定时代新人培育的价值场域，要从“人的发展”出发，注重时代新人价值诉求，强化时代新人培育的多维化。在马克思人学理论视域下探讨时代新人培育的根本出场、主题生成和价值场域，对促进时代新人培育具有重大的价值意义。 |

| An Analysis of the Value Orientation and the Value Field of the Cultivation of “New Generation of the Era” from the Perspective of Marx’s Human Theory |

| Abstract:Marx’s human theory is a scientific theory about human nature, needs, and development, which provides a research horizon for the important practice of cultivating “new generation of the era” (NGE here after). A profound interpretation of the meaning of “human nature”, “human needs” and “human development” in Marx’s human theory can provide a philosophical and theoretical basis for the cultivation of NGE. The theory of “human nature” determines the value orientation of the cultivation of NGE. We must start from “human nature”, fit in with the reality of NGE and improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of NGE. The theory of “human needs” determines the theme of the cultivation of NGE. We must proceed from “human needs”, respect the needs and characteristics of NGE and improve the process of cultivating NGE. The theory of “human development” lays the value field of the cultivation of NGE. We must start from “human development”, pay attention to the value demands of NGE, and strengthen the multi-dimensional cultivation of NGE. It is of great significance to explore the value orientation, theme generation and value field of the cultivation of NGE from the perspective of Marx’s human theory. |
