| 中文摘要:智慧法院是数智时代科技运用与法院传统业务进行交融后应运而生的新型样态。扫描一下现实情况，智慧法院存在着一定的伦理风险：技术运用容易导致司法公平风险，诱发司法公正风险，并滋生司法公开风险。针对三类问题，提出宣教符合时代价值的技术伦理观念、制定智慧法院技术伦理的政策和规范、开发合乎伦理规范的智慧法院应用程序三条有针对性的化解进路。 |

| Manifestation of Ethical Risks in Smart Courts and Their Solutions |

| Abstract:The smart court is a new form that emerged after the integration of technology application and traditional business of the court in the era of digital intelligence.Scanning the reality, there are certain ethical risks in smart courts:the use of technology can easily lead to risks in judicial fairness, induce risks in judicial justice, and breed risks in judicial openness. In response to three types of issues, three targeted solutions are proposed:promoting technological ethical concepts in line with the values of the times, formulating policies and norms for smart court technological ethics, and developing smart court application programs that meet ethical standards. |
