| 中文摘要:随着经济全球化、政治多极化的发展，人类的命运紧密结合，国际合作成为人类生存和发展的基本诉求。西方传统国际合作精神以新现实主义的“霸权合作论”主导国际合作已久，但已无法适应当今时代发展的需求，渐渐显现其理论和实践困境。为协调当前国际合作与发展，中国在吸取中华优秀传统文化和总结国际合作经验的基础上，提出了以共商共建共享为要义，以维护世界和平、促进共同发展为宗旨，适应新时代发展需求的中国特色国际合作新精神，为构建新型国际关系和人类命运共同体贡献了中国力量、展现了中国作为、彰显了中国担当。 |

| The Distinctive Concept and Practical Approach of China’s International Cooperation in the New Era |

| Abstract:In the context of economic globalization and political multipolarity, the destinies of humanity are closely interwoven, making international cooperation essential for survival and development. The western traditional spirit of international cooperation, long dominated by Neo-Realist Hegemonic Cooperation theory, has proven inadequate to address the needs of contemporary development, increasingly revealing its theoretical and practical challenges.To coordinate current international cooperation and development, China has introduced a new spirit of international cooperation with Chinese characteristics, drawing from fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation and international cooperation experiences. This innovative approach, firmly anchored in the principles of extensive consultation, collective contribution, and equitable benefits, guided by the overarching objectives of maintaining global peace and fostering shared development, not only leverages China’s capabilities but also underscores its dedication and responsibility in shaping a novel paradigm of international relations and fostering a community with a shared future for mankind. |
