| 中文摘要:以126名语言服务从业者及397名学习者为研究对象进行问卷调查和访谈，通过数据分析发现，人工智能时代的语言服务行业对具职业创新能力的复合型人才需求较高，但现有人才培养与市场需求还不能完全对接，学习者对行业需求的认识，以及自身信息技术能力、跨学科语言服务能力等有待提升。提出多渠道语言服务能力培养路径，特别探讨了通过依托项目学习模式，提升学习者职业创新能力，以期培养人工智能时代行业所需的优质语言服务人才。 |

| Research on Demand Analysis and Talents Cultivation for Language Service Industry in the AI Era |

| Abstract:This paper takes 126 practitioners and 397 learners of language service as the subjects, adopts the research methods of the questionnaire and interview, and finds the high demands of inter-disciplinary talents with vocational innovation abilities in language service industry of AI era. The research also shows that present talents cultivation does not fully satisfy the demands of the industry, and improvements need to be made in learners’ understanding of the industry and related abilities of learners, especially in information technology and cross-discipline language service abilities. This paper proposes to improve learners’ language service ability through multi-facet routes. Specifically, through the application of project-based learning mode, the paper elaborates on the ways of promoting learners’ vocational innovation abilities, in an effort to help cultivate quality language service talents to cater to the new industry demands in AI era. |
