| 中文摘要:新媒介技术环境下，新闻从业者职业身份认同面临着种种问题与挑战。社交媒体出现后，公共与私人的界限被打破，新闻从业者的职业身份与个人身份界限模糊，他们被迫重新思考用何种方式在社交媒体上表现自己的身份，如何以专业或个人的方式展现自己。与此同时，媒体组织的管理更为专业化，新闻从业者被视为特殊的“雇员”，处于从属的、有组织的“组织员工”与“专业人员”的双重身份中，他们需要在媒体组织的结构性约束中工作，时常面对组织惯例与职业原则之间的冲突。此外，人工智能技术的发展改变了新闻生产模式，新闻从业者需要重新审视自身的职业身份。面对这些问题，新闻从业者需要继续维持新闻专业理念，强化专业意识，同时积极寻求群体心理认同，强化情感归属，利用新技术提升其工作的专业性等，以此来重塑职业身份认同。 |

| Challenges and Countermeasures to the Professional Identity of News Practitioners in the New Media Technology Environment |

| Abstract:In an era of new media technology, news practitioners are facing diverse issues and multiple challenges in their professional identity. The emergence of social media has blurred the boundaries between the public and private spheres, causing the ambiguity between professional identity and personal identity of news practitioners on social media. In this context, news practitioners are forced to reconsider how to present their identities on social media and how to express themselves in either a professional or a personal way. At the same time, with the management of media organizations being more skilled, news practitioners, viewed as special employees, are always endowed with the dual identity of subordinate and organized organizational employees and professionals. They have to work within the structural constraints of media organizations and face the conflicts and contradictions between organizational conventions and professional principles. In addition, the advancement of artificial intelligence technology has altered the mode of news production, and news practitioners have to reevaluate their professional identity. Confronted with these challenges, news practitioners must adhere to the professional concept of journalism and reinforce professional consciousness. Additionally, they need to actively seek group psychological identity to strengthen their emotional attachment, and utilize new technologies to enhance the professionalism of their work, thereby reshaping their professional identity recognition. |
