中文摘要:培育和发展新质生产力是通过科技创新推动产业创新和构建现代化产业体系的发展问题，也是通过企业创新驱动的体制机制变革而衍生的新型生产关系问题。企业培育和发展新质生产力，应充分发挥新型举国体制的优势，聚焦科技创新引领，推动产业链供应链优化升级，积极参与培育战略性新兴产业，前瞻布局未来产业，深入推进数字经济创新发展，深化关键性体制机制改革，以建设现代新型企业为抓手，增强核心竞争力和发挥核心功能，实现经济社会高质量发展和企业高质量发展的有机统一。

Research on the New Quality Productive Forces of Enterprises from the Perspective of Chinese-Style Modernization

Abstract:The cultivation and development of new quality productive forces is a development issue promoting industrial innovation and the construction of modern industrial systems through technological innovation, and it is also a new production relations issue derived from the institutional mechanism reform driven by enterprise innovation. In order to cultivate and develop new quality productive forces, enterprises should make full use of the advantages of new national system, focus on the guidance of scientific and technological innovation, upgrade the industrial chain and supply chain, cultivate the strategic emerging industries, layout the future industries, further promote the innovative development of the digital economy, deepen the reform of key systems and mechanisms, strengthen the core competitiveness and play the core functions with the construction of modern new-type enterprises as the starting point, and realize the organic unity of high-quality economic and social development and high-quality enterprise development.
