| 中文摘要:通过手动整理2000-2019年11437条中非外交往来事件文本数据，考虑外交事件类型异质性和衰减特征的累积效应，首次多维动态量化评估中非外交行为，并实证检验中非外交行为与经济合作间的互动关系。结果显示，中非外交经历快速发展期、波动韧性期和逆势上升期三个阶段，从主体、领域与形式上看公共外交、经济外交和政党外交、规则治理外交的贡献度不断上升；中非外交与经贸合作存在动态正反馈的机制，体现出合作共赢的新型国际关系。 |

| Interactions between Sino-African Diplomatic Behavior and Trade and Economic Cooperation: A Quantitative Study Based on Diplomatic Event Text Data |

| Abstract:By manually compiling 11437 text data entries of Sino-African diplomatic interactions from 2000 to 2019, considering the heterogeneity of diplomatic event types as well as the cumulative effects of their attenuation characteristics, this study conducts a multidimensional dynamic quantitative assessment of Sino-African diplomatic behavior for the first time. It empirically examines the interactive relationship between China-Africa diplomacy and economic cooperation. The results show that the overall intensity of Sino-African diplomacy exhibits a fluctuating upward trend, undergoing three stages: rapid development, resilience to fluctuations, and countertrend rise. From the perspectives of subjects, fields, and forms, the contributions of public diplomacy, economic diplomacy, party diplomacy, and rule-governance diplomacy have steadily increased. Moreover, there exists a dynamic positive feedback mechanism between China-Africa diplomacy and economic cooperation, reflecting a new type of international relationship characterized by Win-Win Cooperation. |
