中文摘要:新时代提升中华文明传播力影响力呈现出更加适应世界变局与中国新局、更加突出继承传统与固本培元、更加凸显与时俱进与推陈出新、更加倡导平等对话与包容互鉴的时代特征。就其核心内涵而言，新时代增强中华文明传播力影响力形成了以坚守中华文化立场为核心要义、以实现中华民族伟大复兴为主题主线、以推动中华文明现代发展为基本方向、以创造造福人类的文明新形态为价值追求的理论创新。站在新的历史起点，中华文明传播必须坚持以坚守中华文化立场为原则，以增进文化科技融合为动力，以提升人才竞争优势为关键，以倡导全人类共同价值为引领，进而迈向提升中华文明传播力影响力的创新实践。

Contemporary Features,Core Connotations and the Practical Path of Enhancing the Spreading Power and Influence of the Chinese Civilization

Abstract:The Chinese characteristics of enhancing the communication power and influence of Chinese civilization in the new era are mainly embodied in the four aspects of adapting to the changing situation of the world and the new situation of China, highlighting the inheritance of traditions and consolidation of roots, keeping pace with the times and weeding out chaf to get something new , and advocating equal dialogues and tolerance as well as mutual learning. In terms of its core connotations, enhancing the spreading power and influence of Chinese civilization is rich in content .It has formed a theoretical innovation that adheres to the Chinese cultural position as its core essence, the realization of the great rejurenation of the Chinese nation as its theme and main line, with the modern development of Chinese civilization as the basic direction,and the creation of the “new forms of civilization” to lead the direction of the development of the world’s civilization as the pursuit of value.Standing at a new historical starting point, the dissemination of Chinese civilization must stand to the principle of adhering to the position of Chinese culture, take the promotion of cultural and technological integration as the driving force, take the promotion of talent competitive advantage as the key, and take the promotion of the common value of all mankind as the guide, so as to comprehensively move forward to the innovative practice of enhancing the spreading power and influence of Chinese civilization.
