中文摘要:基于“认知-期待-赋权”三维框架分析社会组织认同困境形成机理及有效破解之道。以广州Z志愿服务队为研究样本,获取285份有效样本数据,实证性检验了认知、期待、赋权三个自变量对作为因变量的社会组织认同的影响,结果发现:认知和期待对认同没有显著直接影响,赋权对认同具有正向直接影响;在认知对认同的影响机制中,期待、赋权共同发挥链式中介作用;赋权不仅在认知对认同的影响机制中发挥中介作用,还在期待对认同的影响机制中发挥中介作用;认知不充分、预期不高和赋权不足是造成社会组织认同困境的三个主要因素。因此,提升社会组织的认同感,亟须从以下三个方面入手:强化制度供给,消除认知信息不对称的根源;优化品牌建设,提升公众期待与社会组织形象的契合度;拓宽参与渠道,促进公众赋权与社会组织发展的良性互动。循此,形成综合性破解社会组织认同困境的策略体系。

The Solution of Social Organization Identification from the Perspective of Framework of “Cognition—Expectation—Empowerment”:Taking Guangzhou Z Volunteer Service Team as a Research Sample
Abstract:This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the social organization identification dilemma and effective solutions based on the three dimensional framework of “cognition expectation empowerment”. Taking Guangzhou Z Volunteer Service Team as the research sample, 285 valid sample data were obtained to empirically test the effects of cognition, expectation, and empowerment as independent variables on social organization identification as the dependent variable. The results showed that cognition and expectation had no direct impact on the identification while empowerment had a positive direct impact on it. In the mechanism of influence of cognition on identification, expectation and empowerment jointly play a chain mediating role. Empowerment not only plays a mediating role in the mechanism of influence of cognition on identification, but also in the mechanism of influence of expectation on identification. Insufficient cognition, low expectation, and insufficient empowerment are the three main attributions that cause the dilemma of social organization identification. Therefore, to enhance the sense of the social organization identification, it is urgent to start from the following three aspects: strengthening institutional supply and eliminating the root causes of cognitive information asymmetry, optimizing brand buildng and enhancing the alignment between the public expectation and the image of social organizations, expanding participation channels and promoting a positive interaction between public empowerment and the development of social organizations. Following this, a comprehensive strategy system is formed to solve the dilemma of social organization identification.
