| 中文摘要:冀中抗日根据地对日伪宣传工作的开展，是对毛泽东统一战线思想的生动践行。面对敌强我弱的战争形势，冀中区党委始终坚持对日伪的宣传工作，以配合军事作战，且成立了“冀中日本反战同盟支部”等宣传机构。针对不同宣传对象，采取不同宣传政策：对日军揭露其侵略暴行与“大东亚共荣圈”的谎言，瓦解其作战意志；对日本民众向其宣传战争的非正义性，激发其反战厌战情绪；对伪军伪组织实施争取策略，促使他们直接或间接地参与抗战。宣传方式上，运用漫画图册、期刊传单等载体和上“政治课”、召开伪军属座谈会等途径，对日伪开展了高效能的宣传攻势。冀中抗日根据地对日伪的宣传工作，瓦解了敌军士气，促成了伪军投诚，转变了日俘思想，争取了反战力量，还激发了群众爱国热情，培养了一支专业宣传队伍，为冀中抗战的胜利奠定了坚实的基础，也为新时代党的宣传工作提供了宝贵的历史经验。 |

| A Study on the Publicity Work of the Communist Party of China Against Japanese Puppet Regimes in the Jizhong Anti-Japanese Base Area |

| Abstract:The publicity work against Japanese puppet regime in the Jizhong Anti-Japanese Base Area was a vivid practice of Mao Zedong’s united front thought. In the face of the war situation where the enemy was strong and we were weak, the Party Committee of the Jizhong District always insisted on the publicity work against the Japanese puppet regime to support military operations, and established publicity organizations such as the “Jizhong Branch of the Japan Anti-war Alliance”. Different publicity strategies were adopted for different targets. They exposed the atrocities committed by the Japanese army and the lies of the “Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere” to disintegrate the Japanese army’s will to fight. They informed the Japanese people of the injustice of war,to arouse their anti-war and war weariness sentiments. They prompted the puppet army and organizations to directly or indirectly participate in the war of resistance against Japanese aggression. In terms of publicity methods, efficient publicity campaigns were carried out against the Japanese puppet regimes using publicity carriers such as comic books, magazines, leaflets, and publicity channels such as attending “political classes” and holding symposiums with families of the puppet army. The publicity work against the Japanese puppet army in the Jizhong Anti-Japanese Base Area disintegrated the morale of the enemy, promoted the defection of the puppet army, transformed the mentality of Japanese prisoners,won over anti-war forces, and stimulated the patriotic enthusiasm of the masses. It also cultivated a professional publicity team, laid a solid foundation for the victory of the anti-Japanese war in Jizhong, and provided valuable historical experience for the publicity work of the Party in the new era. |
