| The Logical Framework, the Core Essence, and Practical Guidance of Xi Jinping’s Series of Letters on the Work Related to “Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers” |

| Abstract:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， Xi Jinping has often communicated with people from all walks of life via letters. Among them， his replies regarding the “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” feature a plain yet， sincere feelings, practical content and meaningful implications， embodying the organic unity of the scientific theory of Marxism, the excellent traditional Chinese culture， the fine traditions of the Communist Party of China and the people’s leader’s concern for the “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. These replies have demonstrated Xi Jinping’s deep-rooted feelings of long-term concern for agriculture, rural areas and farmers. They contain Xi Jinping’s profound thoughts on the comprehensive upgrade of agriculture， the all-round progress of rural areas and the full-scale development of farmers. They bear witness to Xi Jinping’s firm belief that agriculture must be strong， rural areas must be beautiful and farmers must be well-off. They constitute an indispensable part of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the work of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”， injecting strong momentum into the smooth promotion of the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural vitalization in the new era， and also providing valuable reference for the world， especially the vast number of developing countries， to effectively solve the problem of agricultural and rural modernization. |
