| 中文摘要:文化强国建设是中华民族实现全面复兴的题中应有之义，而精神独立自主是建设文化强国、坚定文化自信的内在支撑，必须坚持习近平文化思想指导，坚持“第二个结合”，坚守马克思主义“魂脉”，扎根中华文化“根脉”，把握理论创新的历史主动，实现中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展，建构中国自主的知识体系，抵御各种腐朽文化的侵蚀，维护国家的文化安全，不断巩固文化强国的精神特质和内在基石。 |

| The Value Interpretation, Cultural Sources and Construction Path of Spiritual Independence and Autonomy from the Perspective of a Culturally Powerful Nation |

| Abstract:The construction of a culturally powerful nation is an essential part of the comprehensive rejuvenation of China, and spiritual independence and self-reliance serve as the internal support for building a culturaly powerful nation and strengthening firm cultural confidence.We must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s cultural ideology，uphold the “second combination”，maintain the “soul vein” of Marxism，and take root in the Chinese culture，grasp the historical initiative in theoretical innovation，achieve the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture, and construct China’s independent knowledge system，resist the erosion of various decadent cultures，safeguard the cultural security of the country，and continuously consolidate the spiritual characteristics and internal foundation of a culturally powerful nation. |
