| 中文摘要:作为社会生产力领域的崭新变革，新质生产力对促进数字劳动正义实现具有历史必然性和逻辑有效性。数字资本主义引发了数字剥削、算法控制和主体异化等数字劳动非正义难题，迫切需要从生产力层面进行伦理矫治。新质生产力为数字劳动正义转型提供现实载体。新质生产力具有均衡性、公正性和人本性等价值属性，诉求在经济正义、技术正义和主体正义等向度上实现数字劳动正义。新质生产力围绕生产要素公平化、生产过程协作化、生产关系民主化和生产成果普惠化等正义目标，在价值创造、技术治理、主体联结和财富分配等环节中赋能数字劳动正义。中国从完善数字生产资料所有制、构建数字命运共同体和打造数字意识形态场域等方面探寻新质生产力赋能数字劳动正义的实践路径，为破解数字资本主义下的数字劳动正义困境和推进面向中国式现代化的数字社会主义建设提供了现实策略。 |

| The Logical Approach and Practical Path of New Quality Productivity Empowering Digital Labor Justice |

| Abstract:As a groundbreaking transformation in the field of social productivity，new quality productivity is historically inevitable and logically valid in promoting the realization of digital labor justice. Digital capitalism has given rise to unjust issues of digital labor，such as digital exploitation，algorithmic control，and subject alienation，making it urgent to carry out ethical remediation at the level of productivity. New quality productivity provides a practical carrier for the transition of digital labor justice. New quality productivity possesses value attributes of balance，fairness，and human-centeredness，and pursues the realization of digital labor justice in the dimensions of economic justice，technological justice，and subject justice. Centering on justice goals such as the equalization of production factors，the collaboration in production processes，the democratization of production relations，and the inclusiveness of production outcomes，new quality productivity empowers digital labor justice through links including value creation，technological governance，subject connection，and wealth distribution. China has explored practical paths for new quality productivity to empower digital labor justice by improving the ownership system of digital means of production，building a community with a shared future in the digital age，and constructing the digital ideological field. These efforts provide practical strategies for resolving the dilemmas of digital labor justice under digital capitalism and promoting the construction of the digital socialism for Chinese-style modernization. |
